Managing apps integrations in a space

You can add and manage the following apps integrations in your Workast spaces:

 

To install or add an app in a space:

  • Click on the app icon (square grid) in the top right-hand corner of your space.
  • Click on "Manage apps" to open the apps management page for the space.
  • Click on "Install" next to the app that you wish to install and follow the prompts.  If the app is already installed in your Workast team, there will be an "Add" button instead of "Install."  Click on "Add" to add the app to the space.  Follow the on-screen prompts.
  • For specific details on each of the apps, click on their links at the top of this page.

To remove an app from a space:

  • Click on the app icon (square grid) in the top right-hand corner of your space.
  • Click on "Manage apps" to open the apps management page for the space.
  • Click "Remove" next to the app that you want to remove.  A confirmation pop-up will appear - select "Remove" to confirm removing the app from the space.
  • Click the X in the top right-hand corner of the screen to return to the space.
